You can order and they never get it right. You get to the window and have to wait. When you finally get you order they ask you if you would like to leave a tip. What did they do? I called in the order, I got out of my car and walked to the window and all they did was turn around and get my order. No clean up, no refilling drink or anything. I believe in tipping, but really, at a drive up and you have to get out and walk up to the window?? oh, and yu ask for no onions...what do you get...lost of onions!!
