This is the BEST Crawfish in Cenla. The Crawfish are cooked to perfection and the shells are easy to peel, because of the way they are cooked. The Crawfish have excellent flavor and just the right spice. There is NO other Crawfish restaurant that can even come close to these Crawfish. Thanks to the employees and those who boil them.
