User Reviews for Emperor Of China Restaurant David posted on 12/31/2010 Rating & Review: Service was terrible. The waitress did a bad job. After 15 minutes, I finally got up and placed my order with the cashier. My waitress was sitting down in the back and I guess was on break so would not service me. I wanted a glass of water so I got up and asked another employee if I could have some water and he stated that it was not his responsibility to get water for me because I was not in his area. Very bad experience!
