The food is great but pack your own food to go after your meal. The male waiter threw most of my wonderful leftovers out because they won't fit over the white rice I almost cried when I saw it, we mostly got it to eat the next day and he tossed it. Toss the rice not the thing I can't recreate myself. I won't tip him next time.

My husband and I recently did a big take out order that we planned on consuming over the next couple days. I can't begin to describe how horrible our food was! Pad Thai that did not resemble any pad Thai that I ever had before (disgusting noodles that perhaps had been sitting out all day?) I was afraid to consume this food. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. Big waste of money and big disappointment... Will never go here again.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and I had my absolute worst experience this past Saturday night. I went with my 9 year old daughter at 6:00. We were seated right away but didn't get greeted by a waitress until 15 minutes later! No water, no tea, no nothing. We put our order in right away. Our appetizer came out quickly. But then we sat, and sat, and waited. Finally the waitress came by and said she would check on our food. She came back and said it still was not ready, it would be awhile. This was at 6:45. (!!!!) She didn't take our appetizer dish away, no water refill, we drank all our tea, no refill. We were left to wait with no attention. No offer of a free appetizer to hold us over. Finally at 7:20 (!!!) our food arrived. It was good as usual. Then when I went to pay upon leaving I was charged full price. No one offered me a discount for my inconvience and their poor and SLOW service. There was no free appetizer offered, no coupon for a next visit, no free dessert offerd. I was not compensated at all for my bad experience. In a small town like Ellsworth, if you want Thai there is no where else to go. It is a shame that the restaurant is not more customer focused. The food is great but the service is extremely lacking.

This restaurant serves mainly Thai cuisine. The food is made fresh and very very good. The restaurant just reopened in a new building and they have it very well decorated to fit the Thai atmosphere. Though the prices are slightly high it is justified with a very large menu and great food. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody!
