Far and away, the BEST barbecue I've ever tasted. The ribs can't be beat, and their generous pulled pork and chicken BBQ sandwiches, large-cut slaw, hand-cut fries, and baked beans are wonderful as well. The friendly service is a plus! It is well worth the trip!

This place has the best ribs I ever had ! Fries are hand cut and delicious. Pulled pork sandwiches are also great. They even have a signature ice cream . If you are driving on Route 1 towards Acadia, you will find this great place right after you cross the new bridge and before you cross the next bridge to Bucksport. It is definitely worth the stop.
