Our family has dined here for years. Today was the last time! The beer was cold, the food was not up to their usual standards and a toddler was seated next to us, who screamed from the moment we turned in our order. The mother could see it was very irritating to us, so she let her child run wild and continue to scream just to upset us. We pleaded with the waiter to do something. He said there was nothing he could do. Besides providing great food and service, pleasant ambiance and a friendly atmosphere is a restaurants stock in trade! It IS their right and RESPONSIBILITY to ensure the safety (of the child) and comfort of its patrons. We left there feeling very insulted and decided we would never be back. El Dorado used to be a very good place... No more!
