Moving here from the Bay Area, I have been to some good an not so good Chinese Restaurants. Mings is the absolute worse food I have ever tasted!!! I have eaten there two times, giving it a chance. Both times the food was awful! I don't know what or where the people giving good reviews ate, but it can not have been Mings in Los Banos!!!' Perhaps they were entered by family or friends! It's just bad, bad, bad!!!

The food is great! Excellent Choices that come highly recommended are Mongolian Beef, Sizzling Rice Soup and Chinese Chicken Salad.
