This restaurant has been consistently difficult to deal with. When an issue arises with a botched order they claim the order was called in wrong. Tonight was the final straw; my wife placed an order, asked that plum sauce and hot mustard be included, arrived and checked; neither were visible. The 'order taker' then THREW a single container of hot mustard into the bag.
When opened at home the hot mustard had opened, due to being THROWN into the bag, and spilled out and over everything in the bag.. We have been a customer for several years; they have been the only option available & have spent $100's there.
I called & asked to speak to the manager. The 'order taker' said she was the manager, the order was correct & that my wife asked for the hot mustard when she arrived. This is a blatant lie; we ALWAYS ask for this when we order.
I asked them to bring the missing items; she said they would not do so. I told her that the order was wrong; my wife concurred -she placed the order as we always have. She hung up again!
At this point I called back and said we have been a customer for several years, were very displeased & were going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. She said I was threatening her and would call the police. My wife was there in the dining room when I called; no threats were made or implied. The 'order taker' then hung up again.
We have had orders that did not include all of the ordered and paid for items; 4 egg rolls only got 3, 2 entrees - only 1 in the bag, as well as missing condiments. I always went back and got the missing items; they did not always acknowledge they had made a mistake but eventually supplied the missing items.
I cannot understand how this place feels that this attitude is appropriate or acceptable; obviously we will never give them any more of our business, but I wanted to let you know what has transpired and hope that you can warn other consumers to avoid this place.

This place is AMAZING. The food is very delicious. The service was friendly. Best Chinese place around!
