My kids ordered a pizza with HAM and BANANA PEPPERS. it wasn’t busy, nor noisy. They very clearly said banana peppers. The server brought ham and pineapple. She said ‘ we don’t offer banana peppers, so I put on pineapple. This was our first time here, the kids assumed banana peppers were offered, she should have stated we don’t offer banana peppers while they were ordering. Then she changed her story after I said ‘they won’t eat it’ and she said ‘well they ordered pineapple’. And she walked away. This was Monday approximately 5:00.
They very clearly did not order pineapple. No substitutes were offered, and we paid full price for a pizza they had to scrape toppings off.
Very poor customer service.
