WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DISHONEST EMPLOYEES. WORST MEXICAN RESTAURANT. NO HOSPITALITY. TERRIBLE STAFF. Called in a to go order. First thing I ask is if they have grilled chicken. The young woman on the phone says yes. I said I'll take a grilled chicken quesadilla only cheese and a steak taco only cheese. She was distracted talking to someone else on the other side of the phone and asked me what kind of taco again and I told her steak only cheese on corn. I get my food and go to my car, when I open it up the quesadilla its steak and has onion in it. I bring it back in and the young woman tried to tell me that I never said grilled chicken nor only cheese. She argues with me and I tell her I just want the quesadilla I ordered. After arguing some more she finally said she would fix it. When I get this quesadilla she opens it and shows it's chicken. It's looks like shredded chicken not grilled so I ask her if that's grilled chicken she says yes. After she finishes bagging it I say I just wanna make sure this is grilled chicken right? Not shredded? She says yes. I start to head home which is an hour and a half drive, after 10 mins I open the quesadilla just to find out that not only is it shredded chicken not grilled, it had huge tomatoes in it when I asked for only cheese. I call back and ask for a manager and the young woman asks what I ordered and refuses to give me a manager, lies and hands the phone to an employee who isn't the manager and they said they are the manager and tell me that I can come back and they will figure something out because they don't have grilled chicken. I drive back there and the young woman tells me I have to pay for the food they make for this mistake they made because they had to remake my food twice. So I ask for a manager. When the manager comes up he has someone translate for us. I tell them exactly what happened and they ask the young woman if I ordered grilled chicken and she lies and says I never asked for it even though I made sure to and I know I did and my husband heard the call and knows I did. I tell them she's not telling the truth and the young woman kept saying I never said grilled chicken ever the whole night even the second time I was in there. I told her she was lying and she needs to tell the truth and it's not right. She just keeps arguing in front of all employees and customers lying about what happened. I had to repeat my story more than once to the other woman because the young woman kept lying over and over again. Poor customer service. Worst place I have ever been. The quesadilla wasn't even good especially after all that. The only thing good was one taco but definitely not worth the b-llsh-t and dishonest business. They are lucky I'm not allergic to tomatoes.

I have been going to this place for quite a few years. No one speaks any English so be prepared but the people are very, very nice and mostly glad to have your business. From what I observe, it is family run, cousins, aunts..could be a Spanish version of some reality show on the food network..anyways order the steak tostada or the Mexican hamburger..

This is the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I had a coupon to this place, so i decided to give it a try. We got in there, our server did not speak one word of English. the service was very slow, and the food was extremely greasy, and presented poorly. I asked for a refill on my soda and the waitress walked away and never gave me one. we waited 30 minutes for our check because the server was texting on her phone in the entrance way of the restaurant. I do not recommend going here.
