I wanted the cajun blackened fish and asked how many pieces were on the small order. The waitress said 3, so I ordered it. When the food came out it had 2 very small pieces, about 6" long and 1.5" wide, on the plate. I reminded the waitress that she said 3. Finally the owner came out and said that the number of pieces depends upon how big they are. I didn't argue with her about the small pieces because she went on about how she has visited restaurants around and her servings are well above the limits of others.
I told her if I had known it was just two pieces I would have ordered something else and probably gotten the buffet. She went on justifying what I was served.
If the owner is not any more concerned for her customers being happy, I don't think I will do business with her again. If her waitress says there are 3 pieces on the small order she should honor the mistake of her own servers. Its not about the pieces, it is about honoring what is said...I would have ordered something else. The buffet was not much more that those 2 pieces of fish and fries.

Whenever my wife wants to go out for a goo dinner we go to the Sister's resturant in Lumberton. It feels so comfortable there. We get greeted with a smile, and get to eat all of our favorite foods. You can't beat their oysters and shrimp, and my wife loves their pepperjelly salad. I always eat too much of the dessert, but i leave with a smile on my face. The food is well seasoned and always tastes fresh. If you are looking for a new place to eat, you'll love Sisters.

I have been to this fine establishment many times, and have never left unsatisfied with the food, or the atmosphere. There is a delightful young woman to greet you as you enter, from her you are handed off to the care of one of two courteous young men to begin your culinary journey.
The owners are always on site and very accommodating.
My favorites foods here are the fried green tomato's, and the perfectly seasoned fried shrimp, topped of with the best bread pudding I have ever had.
A good time is always had when I go to Magnolia Sisters.
