Cooky"s hasn't changed in the last 27 years. My Wife and I made a trip to Cooky"s 10-16-2010 to see if the food and pie's were the same as we remembered when we lived in Jasper Missouri some 25 years ago. Well I must tell you that the trip from Kansas City, MO. to Golden City, Mo. was worth the trip. the food was beyond our recollection and the Pie selection was overwhelming. we had gooseberry pie for lunch and took home a wold rhubarb pie.
I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good old family cooking and great Pie.

My grandma and grandpa took me to Cooky's once and not knowing any better asked, "What kind of pie do you have..." It took the poor waitress about 5 minutes to list them all! Want to go back and try some more of them. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Has been remodel since last time I was there, looks nice! Food was great! Had 34 differant kinds of pie the day I was there. Had a great steak t-bone! Missouri Rularist 2008 and 2009 best pie winner.

My Grandpa and my dad used to take me to this restaurant before they died. I always have pleasent memories when I think of this place. If you are looking for good food, friendly service, and just about every single type of pie you can think of then this is your place.
