This used to be the best Chinese Restaurant in Livingston. But they sold to a new place called J&J. But they went out of business. Now the location is empty and the phone does not work. SO no more Chinese food for delivery in Livingston. To bad so sad.

Cant say 5 star, but, food is good for being Americanized, and not once have I ever needed a candy bar after a meal their. Normally the staff is polite. unfortunately, as the delivery drivers are paid 25$ a day, they often tend to be jerks, and many times the owner of the Twin dragon has come down to re-deliver my food after a rude delivery. Each time he has promptly apologized, and rounded down the total to the nearest 5, which is normally given to the man as part of the tip.

This restaurant was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. We had a large group and it was late at night. They happily moved us to another table to suit us. They even gave us soup on the house. Prices of all meals were reasonable. I was very impressed with the whole evening.
