Food was great. Good homemade items. Best bbq and coleslaw ever. Hamburgers made from fresh, not frozen, meat. Highly recommend it.

Really should be 4.5 stars, but this site won't let me do that.
Great food, made when you order it!
Only issue is sometimes they don't have enough wait staff. Sometimes during slow periods, only one [awesome] waitress will be working. Call first if you have a crowd, 479.787.6809, but even then, be patient—Brenda's pedaling as fast as she can!
Don't forget to tip your server!

My husband and I recently drove over an hour from MO to this diner as he told me he used to dine here with his kids about 10 years ago. The food was excellent, the prices were really reasonable, our waitress was friendly and we'll be back! Actually, we were done eating but visiting and our waitress had ended her shift and I struck up a conversation with the new waitress and she had lived in our town and was just as friendly as the previous waitress. I'd highly recommend this diner. I only wish we hadn't been so full so we could have eaten dessert!

When you can't even cut your pancakes with a fork, your eggs are overcooked, your hash browns are frozen potatoes barely warmed up and certainly not brown, and your chicken fried steak tastes like it came out of a frozen package as well, you have all the makings of a bad breakfast. Worst breakfast I have ever had. Never ever again.

The food is "OK", but, watch out for the flies....they might eat your food first!

This place is great! It's known as the Hiwassee Hilton. Cheese burgers are top notch, the blue plate special is always good. The atmosphere...good for a first date, all up hill from there. This isn't "fast food" even though the name of the place is Dairy Freeze, it's home cookin'.
