I Love this place, i wish i could come here every time i want oriental food, but i live in Texas. As a truckdriver, i am only able to get it when we are going through Georgia. I always, always get thier kung pao chicken, hot and sour soup and crab rangoon (the best hands down). The food is excellent, the people are nice, what more do you want

Ok, it's no the worst Chinese ever, as the previous reviewer wants you to believe. The restaurant is no-frills. You order at the counter from a menu board. It's not the greatest Chinese, but it is decent.

Worst Chinese we have ever had! I had the shrimp with lobster sauce. Im not even sure what they gave me. I couldnt eat it. It was more like a soup and a mix of frozen peas and carrots. The rice was even horrible. My Husband general Tos chicken looked as if it was cooked yesterday and reheated today. And the crab ragoons,? Im not sure what they where. No red or pink in them to show a sign of crap and hardly any of them had any kind of filling. Then had to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce to go with them, which smelled horrible!!

First off the fired rice has nothing in it but the sauce to color it and charged .50 cents for that. I've eaten Chinese all over US and have never order a dinner that didn't come with a egg roll and soup. Omg, just for basically plain rice, chicken, sauce and bottled water I paid $10.93. This is ridiculous

I've eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants and the Fortune Star is awesome! This was my first time eating there and I can't wait to go back to try more of the food.
The egg rolls were the best I'd ever had. The Chinese vegetables were fresh and crisp. The chicken in my meal was nice cuts of white meat. I highly recommend this place.

The food is good and you get a lot of it. The people are exceptionally friendly. Try it...so far it is the best Chinese in Temple area in my opinion.
