Was picking up an order and the lady order was
Using the bad cuss word talking to her friend by the counter!! She wasn’t mad just normal talk to her like the word THE.
If I had brought my kids or mom I definitely would’ve said something
And left.. Very very unprofessional

We love to go to this restaurant it’s great for families of all ages and the meals are extraordinary at a great price. My favorite baked stuffed haddock, twice baked potato and A Garden salad.

Cant eat if you cant order, you cant order if the place you want to do business with, cant be bothered to answer their phones, or at least have an answering machine

The food is amazing, and I have no complaints about the owner she likes things done a certain way and I respect that. The reason the food is good is because it is all freshly made and in my option its made perfect every time.

We've eaten there several times, always ordering the seafood platter, which was excellent. But today we decided to order something different.BIG mistake. My husband ordered the steak and cheese sandwich which was VERY bland no taste. I ordered the veal parmesan and couldn't even cut the veal, very TOUGH!!! I asked for some additional dressing for my salad and was told it would be .75 cents more, which we eat out alot and have never been charged for additional dressing.There was some other customers which the waitress for very social with and when they asked for more cheese on what they ordered they were NOT charged extra. To my knowledge cheese is more costly than dressing. Also it was very annoying that the mother at that table was speaking so loud and NOT watching her young child whom was running all thru the room. The name of our waitress was Mary... If we go again we will definitely not have her..if I could rate it a 0 for today I would.

The owners of this restaurant are the cruelest people I have ever worked for in my life. They belittle you and cuss at you all the time. When they fire their staff, they do it in front of the whole restaurant and humiliate you. While I worked there I saw them cook and serve rotted steaks and seafood to lots of customers. The food was so greasy and often made people sick. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Food is usually pretty good. They make the most fantastic yeast rolls. Problems? They refuse to give you these same rolls with your take out! I tried to get some with my soup order and was told the owner would not allow it. Really? Then there is "the owners wife". Lets just say "customer service" is not a term this woman is familiar with. If she is this bad in public, I cannot imagine working with her. I would shoot myself first!

I eat at the pizzeria almost everyday! I love the waitstaff very fun and outgoing! The foods awesome the environment is fantastic and the building is beyond clean it is almost sparkling! Food is always yummy and delicious I would recommend anything on the menu anytime of day!

My review is about the owners wife. I called to place an order for a pizza My error is that I referred to the olives as black instead of Greek. During the conversation to place the order she corrected me no less than 5 times. I finally said "You really feel the need to continue to prove you point, say Greek one more time and we can move on with my order."I also shared with her that I have placed this order for 4 weeks in a row and never had this much of a problem ordering a pizza. She need to take a lesson in Customer Service.

Food is amazing... Female OWNER is atrocious! RUDE, Condescending to employees, no regard for customers present... Her husband should keep her out of the business and he would see an increase in profit. She is the only downfall!

The food and service are excellent. The one problem I have seen is that the owner is very rude to her waitresses. They do an excellent job waiting on the customers and their attitudes are wonderful. But she repremands them right on the floor in front of all the customers. I would like to know the owners work nights so that I can avoid hearing her rude voice.

Village pizzeria has amazing food and they have wonderful service, waiting can be a pain sometimes and things have gotten pricey.

The food is fantastic! The staff is friendly. There is a little bit of a wait for the food...but it is totally worth it!!
