the perfection in every bite is unremarkable, the subs are consistent in flavor and texture but still amaze me with every bite. This is my favorite restaurant in the world (And I've been around the world). cant explain the incredible taste.

Absolutely the WORST sub I have ever had. Toasted beyond anything you would ever put in your mouth. I got it to go since I had to be someplace, and if I had the time to go back I would have. No wonder it took 20 minutes to get a sub, they had to cook it for 15. It fell apart when I picked it up. Was drenched in hot peppers so much the bread was hard on the outside due to the 15 min toasting and SOGGY to the point it was mush and split the bottom. I have eaten subs from LA to NY, and I would think one so close to a college would know what the hell they were doing, and since I was going someplace at the college I tried them. I was wrong. The place could use a lot of cleaning as well. I ended up eating just the meat and throwing away the rest. What a waste.
