i became a dish washer at dragon palace last week on sunday and my second day i was noticing that there was alot wrong and then i knew for sure when the boss walked in the kitchen and said inspector and that chefs started running and storing meats in the fridge i didnt know what to do he told me to keep washing the inspector told him he was using a sink that wasnt ment for food prep and he wasnt allowed to defrost meat and seafood next to each other he still kept doing it then when we would be preping food he sometimes dropped meat or vegies on the floor and put them back in the containers without washing or anything there was alot more wrong going on i honestly stopped eating the free lunch and went to 7/11 to get food there i would never recommend it to anyone
