Brandy Ho's chinese food experience left both my family and I longing for more. More food and more taste and more service. The waitress could barely serve us in English. furthermore, it is truly my belief that the waitress as welll as her co-worker could beneficiate from a crash course in hygiene when running a restaurant. very few restaurant nowadays touch your straw to that extent I can only imagine what they do to my food. While some of dish smelled delicious such as their filet dish the freshness of their ingredient was left to be questionned. Lastly, there needs to be a limited amount of talking amongs waiters especially when they are cooking and serving. The restaurant is composed of a bar where the cooks leave the plates oiut to be served...it would really be appreciated if the owner cover those plates, i doubt customers want saliva in their rice. Needeless to say that we were never going there again!
