I normally love Burger Barn but I just encountered another side of this business. I have been coming to Burger Barn for years and they made their share of small mistakes that they would correct but this is so disappointing as well as a new side to the small business attitude that I have resolved not to ever give a dollar to Burger Barn again.
I needed to speak to a manager in regards to my card being charge two times for an order we placed the other night. What is worse is that the platform I used "Seamless" charged my card twice then Burger Barn charged my husbands card twice when he went to pick it up because they said they had to cancel the order in Seamless. I called and spoke to Michelle who was horribly rude insisting that she is the manager and does not use "Seamless" and no one else was going to help me. Rather than letting me speak to the owner I'm having to deal with the bank directly to get this matter taken care of directly. I would have loved to speak to the owner to get this taken care of without dispute, but Michelle is made it an issue by not wanting to assist in the matter but rather rudely yelling on the phone "Excuse me". Well I guess there's no excuse for her.
The food...well that's where I would have liked to have spoken to the owner. I know were on lock down and I want to support small businesses, but there were some issues that should be acknowledged. Unfortunately, with the horrible customer service from Michelle, we won't be coming back.
If you have recently charged your order with Burger Barn double check your statements to be sure they are not double charging you. Even if you use Grubhub, look at your statement. They are double charging and you will need to contact your bank or card to get that resolved because Michelle is not going to help you.

Great burgers made fresh. They differ from Inn n' Out in that the amount of meat in the burger is substantially greater. Their fries are so far superior to Inn n' Out that they are not even in the same ballpark and, though crinkle-cut, they are almost as good as Five Guys.
