went there sunday 5/3/15 no service had to wait just for clean plates and silverware. breakfast pizza was cold-pancakes and French toast tasted like sponges.only good part was the 3 egg dishes and gravy.

Very disappointed called to place an order for delivery at 8 20 tonight and they tell me they are closed Store hours are posted open til 9 pm not a good way to run a business

Went to eat here a few weeks ago. What a mistake. From the service, food and atmosphere we will not return. Pizza Ville has been a place we have eaten at for more than 20 years. However after the remodel more than a face lift has changed. The place was full of people with an empty buffet! The floor had scraps of food on it. Servers had no smiles. I ordered lemonade and was told I could only have one glass, they were running low and could only serve one glass to a customer. What??? I asked if the owner was working, and was told yes and I that I could speak to him/her. But a young person came to our table, very timidly and said she was a manger. Had stated they were doing the best they could do that evening. However I never said a word about anything being wrong. I had just asked if the owner was working. When we were paying our bill which was about
40.00 for 3 adult buffets and 2 sodas 1 lemonade which is outrageous for the small amount of food we ate, a man came to the counter and yelled that the busboy sprayed cleaner all over food on another table from his spray bottle. The guy appeared pretty disgusted as well. I also seen kids eating off the buffet and licking fingers while touching the prongs while getting food. Needless to say we wont be back for several reasons. 1- the service. 2- no food on buffet. 3- price to high. Not anything you can do about kids at a buffet, people just have to use good judgment with that. And the service standard really wasn t even shown. It was like they didn t even care about the customers. The lack of food on the buffet. No salad on the salad bar. People go expecting to eat. Not having to constantly ask when will the pizza come out, can we get more chicken, can we have more lettuce please? Come on now, is this really service you want to provide and then expect return customers?
