User Reviews for Papis Texican Grill r m posted on 09/08/2011 Rating & Review: service is poor and food quality as diminished immensely since Cossey sold it. we used to go all the time but we will not return until the restaurant fails, which it will, and the next one takes its place. Nigel was great, but these guys have no idea.
