We went there for the first time today and had a miserable experience - wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The food was sub-par, high-priced for the location, and portions were very measly compared to other Chinese restaurants. However, the most disappointing part was the poor service.
The dining area is attached to a casino and stinks horribly of stale cigarette smoke. We requested take-out and there was only one person working as cook/server/cashier. He advised us that the food would be ready in 30 minutes, so we paid for it and let him know that we'd wait outside because of the smoke.
We returned in exactly 30 minutes, only to find that our food had not even been started, and for the server to tell us that he had been busy attending to other customers who came in after us. He requested us to go away again and come back later, but this time, we decided to wait inside and eat there.
We were completely ignored while we got our food another half hour later. We had to literally go to the counter to request water and picked hot sauce on our own from another empty table. In spite of waiting a full hour for our food, we didn't quite enjoy it because it was below average taste.
It looks like since we paid in advance, the server took us for granted after that. We had included a full 20% tip even for the take-out but that didn't sway him in any way.
I wish we had just gone to the El Marquis (Mexican restaurant) next door. We've been to that Mexican place a few times - the food there is tasty and in generous portions, the ambience is great, and the hostess is kind. We're not going to Banc Club (Bamboo Chinese Kitchen) ever again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

No offense, but who would suspect you'd get such rockin Chinese food behind a casino on Main St in Tonopah? It was so good, we are deliberately going back through Tonopah on our way back. We had Udon soup, which was chock full of Udon noodles with a delicious broth full of flavor. The Singapore rice noodles were perfect, better than I've had in major cities. Plus they were extremely attentive to our to go order. They only have a few tables and we ordered ours to go, but am looking forward to our return trip.

Food is only as good as the person preparing it. I had a good all-around experience here and would stop in again during my travels. Who knows how good the food will be next time?
