Happened to drive by this restaurant and decided to stop for lunch. WE were not dissapointed. The food was the best we had on our trip to Newfoundland. The atmosphere was incredable. Katie was the best. We had the fish and chips and topped it off with the iceberg for desert. Highly recommend this cosy little place.

Ate there many times for different occasions , never yet had a bad experience. Staff was exceptional and the food was great no doubt we will be back.

Great food at a reasonable price. Servers were pleasant. There was a long wait time but the food was worth it!

Disappointing experience despite the friendly, helpful staff. Floors badly needed cleaning in entrance area. We ordered fish and chips as we thought it was one of your specialties.
Food was not hot and not fresh. French fries were dark in color as if they had been heated and reheated many times. Deep fried cod appeared to be oven baked.

I was there last Sunday, 17 October. I had the two piece fish and chips. The grease wasn’t hot enough before the fish was put in the fryer. The fish was swimming in grease, almost inedible. I was very disappointed as I had heard rave reviews on the fish and chips. Doubt I’ll be back.
