Rick's has started to charge extra for using a credit card. When the charge is pending on your account it shows the amount that you have signed for. However, the next day when the charge goes through, it has an additional charge . . . mine was .50 cents. Was it a tip they added or a charge for the use of a card?

Seems strange.
