Not from the area had a bad experience but the way they fixed it was awesome and the food is exceptional very good better than most restaurants I eat at home that's why I'm writing this review!!!!

When you do not get ketchup for your burger at home, it's OK! But when you are away in a hotel room being served a burger with out THE KETCHUP YOU SPECIFICALLY ORDERED IS A BUMMER!!!
My suggestion is please listen more carefully and write it down or the customer does not get what they ordered. Otherwise the rest of the order was very good. From reading other reviews this seems to be a consistent complaint that seriously needs to be addressed. FIX IT AND THANK YOU FOR BEING OPENED AND TRYING TO SUPPLY GOOD FOOD!!!
