What a disappointment! The older woman who was serving was rude and impatient. The servings were small and expensive. No wonder it is called the Blarney Cone because it surely was blarney. If they expect to stay in business they need to remember the customer is not an inconvenience or your enemy. Your worst advertisement is an unhappy customer. A smile and courtesy go a long way.i
