Food: Even though all the food here has been wonderful, if you are just passing through I highly suggest thier steak fingers.
Service: Hiebert's has a cafe style essence when it comes to it's atmosphere and service that delivers a great personal service feel.
Value: Everything is very well priced making this an option for daily dining.
Atmosphere: Hiebert's has a cafe / diner appearance and feel. You can come in right after work and noone would think twice of it. If you are looking to impress your boss or date with the stereo type upscale experience, then I would save Hiebert's for later when you jsut want to get out and enjoy a good meal in a low stress and casual restuarant. (I only gave a rating of 7 for atmosphere due to the new location and size)
Whether you are in the mood for American or Mexican cuisine, Hiebert's can excite the taste buds while filling the appetite (and all within an affordable price!).
When I lived in Las Cruces I ate here frequently. Since I moved to Utah I look forward to my visits back because of friends and steak fingers.
