Loco Hot Brown was wonderful - prices can't be beat!! Gary Hutter posted on 04/09/2010 Rating & Review: During a recent trip to the area, we arrived at the Central Avenue Grill by accident and were surprised in every way. The owner gave us a personal tour and insight into the area and history. My grandson was amazed!! nice place, I highly recommend you ask about "Quark"!!
