I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. They were out of half the menu. After 15 minutes they took our drink and food order together and after another 20 minutes another staff member came and re-took our drink order. If you order the Mexican food, you get to choose between Sopapillas or Chips, Salsa and Queso. I told the waitress I wanted the chips and queso. After we'd been there an hour and 10 minutes, they brought out my fajita meat (it was sizzling and hot and looked so good!) but nothing else. 22 minutes after they brought out my meat, they brought the rest of the food. My rice was all water, looked like applesauce. My husband's waffle fries were so hard he couldn't eat them. My daughter ate half her burrito then started throwing up, she blamed it on the weird cheese sauce. The enchiladas were rubbery and the beans were hard. Everything was ice cold and my chips had no salsa or queso--the waitress said it was a "typo" and if I wanted to buy some she'd bring it. It did come with this weird congealed green glob in a small plastic cup, but no salsa. At no point in the 3 times I mentioned the queso to her did she say she wouldn't be bringing it. We weren't brought refills until we complained. Over the course of our 2 hours there, 4 tables got up and left after long waits--the table beside us waited an hour and hadn't gotten their food. An employee came by to tell us she was knocking off "a good portion" of our bill ($10 on a near-$100 tab) because we had to wait. My husband told her about some of the issues and she apologized and walked off. When we got around to the counter to pay, the same employee asked us how our meal was, was very snarky. While we were waiting to pay, another family walked out and the staff member standing at the side of the desk half-waved and said "see ya and good riddance." When my husband said we'd leave a review the staff member just said "Oh well,, we just opened" then got huffy and said "fine, I got you" and told us to leave. We left and went to the "Golden arches", where 2 of the other families that had walked out were eating and talking about how bad they were served and treated at this place. DO NOT come here.
