What a disappointment! I ordered the Media Noche sandwich. Their immediate impulse was to use pulled pork, but I insisted on sliced pork (which I consider closer to a real El Cubana sandwich). They put my bread on a grill with oil that tasted rancid. It was a greasy mess. The ham was cheap deli ham instead of real sliced ham. The pork was not properly trimmed of fat and was not properly sliced. The fries were greasy and likewise tasted of rancid oil. The cheese and ham were cold which didn't work with the rest of the sandwich. The sandwich was not pressed (as I would expect a real El Cubana to be). To boot, I was overcharged. What an insult to Little Havana!
