User Reviews for Roby's Supper Club Ken Medernach posted on 08/31/2010 Rating & Review: I have been all over this land and I have been in North Dakota since March 2010( 6 mos.) The very best beef that i have found anywhere, including Bones in Atlanta and Ruth's Chris in several cities. Roby raises and butchers his own Angus cattle, lets it age for 21 days and then serves it to you the way you want it, mine is rare but the guy who ordered his well done swore that it was the juiciest and tastiest that he had ever eaten. When in the Bismarck / Mandan area you must give Roby's a try!!!!!!!!!
