During my visit to the Hester Street Fair in New York, I indulged in the Vegan Piña Colada, a delightful blend of real pineapple and coconut flavors that wasn't overly sweet, while appreciating the nostalgia and creativity at Baldies through their handcrafted ice cream offerings and the culinary talents of Derrick Oertwig and Jared Ames.
