Hi. I have been to this place and the boss who works in the morning is very rude. The place is busy but half of the times the sandwiches come out cold from inside and burnt on outside. Good food but bad management.

I have been to this place a few times and I like it. They have veriety of healthy food and some really good soups. The people who work there are nice but they don't interact with customers due to their excess work and lots of customers.

Incredibly bad service. They get your order wrong about 50% of the time. The people that work there are rude. Don't go there. Just walk up the Upper Westside a little bit and you can places where the food, service and atmosphere are 10 times better.
