Total disappointment! When we got a delivery we found out that the food was spilled all over the bag. Then they tried to pass off white plain rice as coconut rice and charged us $1.75 for plain white rice.
To make the long story short, the manager offered no exchange, no credit, and no money back. Instead he demanded that we bring the spilled food in order for him to do anything about it.
He yelled and cursed us out when we demanded for new order or money back. We ended up tossing the food and ordered in pizza instead.
