The ONLY reason they get one star is bc u have to rank them. This is the worst KFC!!! Waited in line for 50 minutes and after asking what the problem was the employee ignored me handed me my food and after arriving home it wasn’t my order!
This is one of many bad experiences at this location.

I went to the drive thur today and had a guy that was very sarcastic and I didn't appreciate his comment. I hope you hire someone with a better attitude than running his mouth.

KFC on JBS Parkway in Odessa TX can't ever make a call in order due to the fact the phone rings twice and a recording says goodbye and hangs up. Piss Poor way to run a business.
KFC on West Co Rd is the nastiest and dirty place I've ever seen, people would be better off eating off a restroom floor in a road side rest area.
I will no longer ever for the rest of my life go to or eat KFC. Honestly it SUCKS
