I feel horrible writing this review but I am very upset. We drove an hour and a half each way to take our son out to dinner for his birthday. We made a reservation for 6:30 pm and didn't leave there until 9:00. Our server who was very nice, forgot to put in our dinner order. It was after 8:00 when our food finally came out. My little guy's porkchop was raw in the middle and cold. My food didn't come out until about 15 minutes after everyone else's. I stuck my fork in the stuffed haddock which looked like it had been puked on. The bottom of the filet wasn't cooked all the way. I felt bad because I had already complained about the porkchop so I decided just to eat the top which was somehow cooked. A few bites in, I bit down on something hard. I thought it was a shell but when I pulled it out of my mouth I discovered it was a piece of plastic. It was about 1-1.5" inches in size. I was SO grossed out I couldn't eat anything else. The server offered to have the food remade but there was no way I could eat it. He was nice enough to take the two dinners off the bill but honestly, our bill should have been comped. We saw what appeared to be a manager wandering around checking on tables but needless to say...he stayed as far away from our table as possible. Lastly, the bartender is obviously clueless. I have never ordered a Bloody Mary that didn't have olives or anything in it. I didn't complain but someone needs to make sure the bartenders know what they are doing. I was extremely upset that my son's birthday dinner was ruined. He was embarrassed because I complained but there was no way I could just ignore it. Needless to say, we will never be back. At the very LEAST...the manager should have come over to our table and apologized.

Had reservations and was told there were no tables when we got there and it would be a 20 minute wait. Went to a bar table and ordered steak sandwiches, soups, drinks and lobster Mac and cheese. Over 1 hour passed and no food. At 1 hour 10 minutes, waitress says cook forgot to make one of the sandwiches and it will be longer. The lobster Mac and cheese tasted like cheez whiz poured over pasta with pieces of lobster thrown in it. My wife couldn’t eat it and we told the waitress. Steak was just bar food and the clam chowder was very good. The French onion soup was onions in a broth with a piece of cheese thrown in the broth. No presentation whatsoever. I was here pre Covid and had great meals. Must have lost their cooks and wait staff who never came back and asked if we wanted another beer. I can spend my $90.00 at several other restaurants and get much better.
