Waitresses dress like hookers. Skin tight stretch pants which show every Orpheus of their body and all is exposed on top as they lean to take orders. This is not professional. We are business owners. Needless to say they lost our business.

Highly recommend AVOIDING this over-priced, lame food, ignorant service joint.
Thought I'd treat Vicki to dinner out. Went to get some cheap gasoline at the Conneaut Love's on I-90 ($2.079), stopped to eat first at 'beef & beer' across the road.
Vicki ordered the veggie sampler, and the lake perch dinner. I ordered veggie stir-fry.
The veggie sampler was about a cup of deep-fried green beans, zuchini, cauliflower, and ONE mushroom cap (couldn't tell the difference in taste from one to the other). $4.99 - which was about $2.00 too much.
Vicki's lake perch was dry and over-cooked for $12.59 - about $3.00 too much IF the fish had been prepared properly.
My veggie stir-fry consisted of about a cup of rice topped with about a cup of some of the most tasteless steamed veggies I've ever had (which, btw, also had 1/2 of one mushroom. What do they have against mushrooms?!) The sweet/sour sauce on the side was just plain over-powering. This for $8.19 - about $2.00 too much. With drinks and a military discount on my meal, the bill came to just under $30.00.
When I went to pay the bill, I was glad to be asked how everything was. I was honest and told the cashier straight up that it was one of the most lame and over-priced meals we'd had in a long time, then went on to explain why.
Instead of offering to do something about the bill, I was told "Well, there's nothing I can do.... I just work here."
I told her that that was one of the lamest excuses on the face of the planet. The cashier said that it couldn't have been too bad, as I'd eaten the food. The truth is, I did have a few bites, then gave up. I did NOT eat anywhere near the whole meal. In fact, the only thing I did eat in its entirety is a buttered dinner roll, and a couple cups of coffee.
When nothing else was offered, I told them that I'd be doing this, that we would not be coming back, and I left.
Vicki told them that the fish she was taking home was actually for the cat.
The waitress said how she'd asked if everything was alright, and we'd said nothing. She is apparently horribly oblivious. I had frowned, shaken my head no, and said "Uh-uh", Vicki had also indicated negatively, upon which the waitress had half-smiled and walked away. Vicki set them both straight (what a girl!).
Beef & Beer Family Restaurant - Never again!
