The owner of this business is rude, unprofessional and has horrible customer service skills. She was hired to cater my daughters wedding. We were told that she was difficult to deal with but the food was great and worth the issues. It is definitely not worth dealing with her. She was pushing her religious views on the bride, would not return anyone's phone calls to answer some of the questions we had. When she finally returned my daughters phone call, she told her she did not want to deal with anyone else. As the person writing the check for this wedding, my phone calls should have been returned promptly. Since she was not aware of some minor changes we wanted to make because she would not return any phone calls, we decided to cancel her services. Kind of funny how quickly she can return a phone call when she loses a job. She was fired in writing because she would not respond by phone. She then sent a voicemail to my daughter saying that "She kinda figured I was going to cancel but she was confused as to why I had to message her on Facebook since she was at the bar the last 2 days (I've been trying to call her since last week).. And then she said usually people are more worried about service not money. And then she said "if this is how you want to start off your life, by screwing people over then I wish you a lot of luck. That's all. Goodbye. Good riddance." It is unbelievable to me that people like this remain in business. The person we hired to take her place was not surprised and said that she has obtained quite a bit of business from this woman's cancellations. I recommend finding a professional to deal with when hiring someone for your wedding.
