We love eating here. The food is always good and plentiful. And everyone is always very pleasant there.

My husband never liked Chinese food so we would go here often because they have burgers. I finally got him to try Pepper Steak and he loves it. So we have tried several other places and he always says nobody compares to the place in Oak Harbor. We don't live close to it anymore, but go once every other month because the variety you get (soup & egg roll with every combo meal) and the young guy that waits tables in there is very nice and a great server.

In a town swamped in the same old greasy uncreative bar food, pizza and subs, it is refreshing to have a Chinese restaurant 7 minutes from home. I agree with the other review were the gentleman answered phone shouldn't have said what he did. You can make your own combination plates off of the meals they have. if I'm feeling cheap they do have a nice traditional combination menu. Their egg rolls and crab rangoon are good too, and don't taste frozen like a couple of the neighboring town restaurants do. My favorite is the shrimp with lobster sauce. It comes as a combo plate weirdly named just shrimp plate which I took for the longest time as a fried plate of some sort until I finally asked lol. In a town with few dining choices I will go to Seoul garden or the beekeeper inn that is down the street any day over boring bar food from the area.

The service was terrible- when I called to inquire if they had Mai Fun, they didn't even know what it was. The price of their dinners is off the charts, considering the only thing that comes with it is white rice. While customer service and options on the menu are in short supply, sarcasm isn't. The gentleman who answered the phone, when asked about possibly making a General Tsao's combo plate option, replied that he couldn't because "that's how we have always done it here." From excellent sarcasm to zero flexibility regarding customer satisfaction, the review is in; SKIP SEOUL GARDEN, not worth the time, aggravation, or price (CHA-CHING!!)
