WAS a regular customer once a week for past year or so mostly doing carry out. They often times forgot our tortillas for fajitas or the salsa we asked for, but we ignored that because their food was decent and we live close by. But, tonight was different because I ordered Extra tortillas to ensure they didn't forget, which they did and I had to ask to hostess to go get them. Then, I noticed that there was so little cheese sauce on my husband's burrito that I had already paid extra for, so I asked for a little more either on the burrito or on the side. Not thinking this was a big request since I'm a regular and already paid extra for it, but the hostess said I had to pay $3.69 for extra and then some other guy comes out and says I have to pay them at least a dollar more. I said absolutely not, it looks nothing like the burrito we order every week and I already paid for it, but he refused to make it right. I told him I would not be back to their restaurant and would go to the other one down the street. He actually said that was fine, he didn't really care!!! What kind of customer service is that?! Will never be back again.
