This isn't a bad place to eat-- it's nothing spectacular either. Decent entrees.. more "Italian" than other places around here. The bread offered at the table is basically just plain rolls, but everyone I've been there with really enjoys that bread... so I don't know? Maybe it's good bread.

I honestly don't understand why someone would make a reservation of 50 people in this restaurant..... You gave them one star, but did you call and follow-up on your reservation a day or two before? If not, well... you could've saved yourself some trouble. Also.. you say you think they have a good selection, etc.... so..... you've been in this restaurant.... your party of 50 would take most of the restaurant. Don't be an -ss. You try to book basically a whole restaurant, FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION.... but you didn't call and confirm, I'm sure. Maybe they treated you like a piece of crap because you were rude. Who the hell has a cheap -ss reception in an old Pizza Inn building anyway?

OVERALL: This restaurant's not bad. Don't walk in expecting excellence and fantastic service and food... you'll be disappointed. But the food is good and I don't think they deserve a 'one star' rating because someone was pissed off that their redneck reception didn't go well.

HORRIBLE!!!! I called a month in advance to book a wedding party reception for 6/21/14. I like the food here and it has a nice selection at a great price. I asked several times if they could handle a party of 50-the man did not speak very clear English so I wanted to make sure he understood what I was asking. He said they could handle it. I got married in Quinton-had people from Tulsa and OKC coming in and wanted us to all go eat after the wedding.

When we got there they only had a table for about 15 set up...um I told them 50!!!!!!!!!!
Then when everyone got there the staff was so incompetent they could not even get our drink orders right---just soda, water and tea people. Our reservation was for 3:30 we did not get out of there until 6 pm!

The wait staff could not keep up-we had to ask for drinks because the server just kept walking by us and ignoring us! I know we got there at different times, but come on. They knew a party of 50 was coming ahead of time-that is the whole reason I called. I wanted everyone to enjoy a nice lunch before they headed home. It took and hour just to get our drinks!

My brother-in-law was the first to arrive and he ordered apps--that never came-until an hour later after they got tired of the horrible service and left. I believe one of the girls was new---but why did they not bring in some more people when they knew there was going to be a party of 50 coming in. I was so angry...I called ahead to let them know and they completely let me down.

And to top it all off the rude manager---who looked 12...gave my mom a gift card for $30-for the horrible service...then her would not even let us use it that day. He said we could use it on our next visit...UMMMM HELLO WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I never write bad reviews but this completely threw a wrench in my wedding day. It was horrible. I had all these people come in from out of town and then they got horrible service and were treated rudely. That's what I get for not just going to Pete's or Isle of Capri--or even Roseanna's.

I have a ton of family in the McAlester area that went to Napoli's regularly, but not they will never go back. If you want to be treated like a piece of dirt, then by all means go to this dump!
