DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! INCREDIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE! Ordered food we've ordered before. One item was just the wrong item entirely. Another item was not prepared at all as has always been previously prepared - normally there is a thick sauce with the garlic ribs, and these came with just a watery broth, quite disgusting. Called the restaurant, just expecting them to remake the wrong food, and they argued and argued quite rudely and hung up. Called back, tried to work it out with a woman claiming to be manager. First: SHE INSISTS THEIR ONLINE MENU IS NOT THEIR MENU, even though when you call the restaurant, that's where they refer you. Also, she was absolutely unbelievably rude and hostile, yelling and threatening to call the police if we ever call or order from them again! No matter how nicely we tried to work the problem out, she just got more hostile and threatening. Will be telling everyone in Thorold about this essential robbery - not getting what we ordered, and their refusal to simply give us what we ordered! There are lots of far better, cleaner restaurants here -- NEVER ORDER FROM FONG'S!!
