User Reviews for Los Arcos Restaurant Luis posted on 05/03/2010 Rating & Review: I have eaten in this restaurant 3-5 times in the past 3 months. The food is really good and the prices are great. I have gone during my lunch time. I work in Irvine and the only thing close is el Torito grill which is pricey. you can order the a meal for your self and a cerveza (CORONA) for $10, I think its great.. Its not that busy since its in Santa Ana and not a lot of office employs go. but please give it a try its good!!
