I unexpectedly found myself falling head over heels for a Thai food cart in Klamath Falls - the flavors lingered in my mind long after I left the city. Compared to the Thai food I've tried in Portland and Beaverton, Somtum Thai stands out in terms of taste and value. Each dish we ordered, from the pad se ew to the tom kha, was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared, making it a truly delightful dining experience. The cook's meticulous attention to detail and the generous portions only added to the overall enjoyment of our meal.
