Great place....lots of flavors! I would have given a 5* if they had Tart the day we went in.....They said we’d just missed it .

Family friendly and very apparent their goal is to make all children & their families happy!
Seating for about 20....couches & tables
Samples were available to paying customers....
Lots of family friendly games to play too!

Excellent customer service and fantastic selection of fresh toppings. Always new, consistent & exciting FroYo flavors.
Three cup sizes, homemade waffle cones or cake cones.
And yes, they encourage sampling before purchasing.
The owner & employees are always open to suggestions & requests (they even have a comments/suggestion box avaialable for all to use!)
I love that they use a recyclable cup upside down as a cone holder....why spend money on cheap plastic cone holders.
I clumsily dropped my waffle cone on my last visit, not only did they clean up my mess, but they offered a rag to wipe my hands, but told me to start over and make a new cone!
This place is always clean....yes I notice that employees are always keeping everything clean!
This is the place for me.....even though I’m from Depoe Bay, it’s definately worth the drive (there’s really no good ice cream shops in Depoe Bay, the one in th middle of town is filthy, owner is a rude, snotty lady & the customer service leaves much to be desired!)

This is a terrific place. Clean, welcoming and OH so good!! I had to chuckle reading a one star review from Allison Young. So this 'local' person claims to own an ice cream business yet has trolled SubZero Swirlz 15 times (n her words is a frequent flyer). If it were so awful why keep coming back? You said you were not charged for the broken cone and left a $10 tip.... Sounds to me like SubZero Swirlz is popular enough to not only attract ice cream business owners but that they just might be taking business away from them and they are a tad bit butt hurt about it and making up a sob story. Suspicious review. And to Liv Montano...... seriously? Your only criticism is a faulty card reader? Because electronics are so perfect...... get a grip. I always take negative reviews with a grain of salt and until I experience it myself I have to wonder if these people are just having a bad day or being deliberate. It's my opinion there is a deliberate attempt to trivialize something that is a non issue. I am also a 'frequent flier' to SubZero Swirlz. I am a returning customer because just walking through the door is a pleasure and I just can't get enough of the frozen goodness. It's heaven in a cup! I highly recommend it! Peace out........
