User Reviews for Buoy 9 Restaurant & Lounge beachgal posted on 08/11/2009 Rating & Review: The Buoy 9 is a MUST DO whenever you're on the north Oregon coast - great food, generous portions, large selection, family friendly, full bar - video poker and keno for the grownups on the lounge side and color books with crayons on the restaurant side - outdoor dining on the patio weather permitting. Breakfast on the weekends - lunch and dinner every day - fun, friendly staff - you won't be disappointed. I can see why it's where the locals choose to go.
