Howl at the moon has no management oversight. An employee has the power to do as he pleases with the customers. On Saturday, my visiting friends were asked to leave the premise because they were standing at the bar that was "reserved". The bar had no signs or a rope indicating that it had been reserved. The seats at the bar had a rope with a reserved sign, but my friends did not sit there nor were they near the seats. An employee named Christian Dominguez asked my friends to leave the area. After asking my friend and his wife to leave, Christian Dominguez wanted to explain why he was asking them to leave, and my friend stated that he was not interested on the explanation and proceeds to leave. After about 3 minutes, Christian Dominguez approached my friends again, now standing in the main area, and asked them to leave. My friend asked if it was because he had not been interested in the explanation, it was no fair. Christian Dominguez offered no explanations. He continued to say "you need to leave". He brought a bouncer. My friends asked to speak to the manager, but Christian Dominguez refused. Kicked out by an employee who felt like being powerful and used his authority knowing that a manager would not be called. That is no way to treat clients, and I hope that a manager at Howl at the moon reads this note and contacts me, so I can let that manager know wrong it was. An employee should not have the power to ask anyone at any moment to leave. It should be done at the discretion of a manager. How al the moon has lost a few patrons.
