I absolutely love visiting First Watch for breakfast or lunch. The menu is so versatile, offering a variety of healthy meal options that I appreciate. Despite its high volume, the restaurant near UCF on University Boulevard has always been able to seat me in under 30 minutes. The food is consistently delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
