Best Singapore curried rice noodles in the AV

We have eaten at this restaurant at least a half a dozen times in the past as well as doing taking-out. The last two times we have ordered take out have not been good, they have been terrible. The first time me and my husband just wrote it off to the restaurant having a bad night, but tonight when I took two of the three entrees back and ask for a refund the manager of the restaurant refused to give me a full refund because one of the entrees had been
about 1/3 eaten. I'm talking about a refund that would have been less the twenty dollars. Come on, Yes one of the entrees was partially eaten, that is how we knew the food was not up to par.
